I stayed in the double room with my boy for a trip to Alton towers and I couldn’t fault it. The room was perfect for what we needed and the service was excellent. Thank you so much 😊

Can't recommend staying here enough. Rooms were lovely and comfortable and the breakfast in the morning was delicious. This is only around 2 hours from Alton towers and there's a couple of lovey restaurants in the village itself Peaceful at night and in a lovely setting, run by a lovely couple who were incredibly helpful with directions, you won't regret staying here!

A quaint cottage. This is a brilliant stay for a weekend, whether for a country break to walk around the Staffordshire countryside and beyond, or if you are visiting Alton Towers. Margaret was a brilliant host, serving an amazing breakfast to set you up for the day. Would 100% stay here again.

Such a splendid experience simply can not put in to words you have got to live it to feel it. We highly recommend you book at least more than one night, step back in time with so much history around you. You will have the best freshly made breakfast that will you will be starting your day on a high. Will be recommend this beautiful Cottage to all friends & family, last thank you so much for taking great care of us. 5star + recommendation

What a hidden gem this is. Beautiful cottage. Great surroundings. Everything is close... Pubs,shops and Alton towers. The couple who own it are lovely and ask all time If there anything else they can do for you. I even went outside for a cigarette at 10.30pm and they turned on the outside lights for me. The rooms all though small it's perfect! Beautiful oak beams running throughout. Definitely be here again.

Great place to stay, 5 stars for sure! Lovely and clean bedroom, with only a short drive away from Alton Towers (where we were going). The price was really good for one night, and the service from Margaret was lovely. Felt really welcome. Breakfast was really nice too, good quality and only a short wait. Tea, coffee, juice and toast all included. Would definitely stay here again!

What a beautiful place to stay at. The host was extremely welcoming and friendly. The room is beautiful, with a lot of amazing details (the wooden beams for example) and the garden simply looks breathtaking.

We love our room and bathroom all over of the Westeria and Margareth and her husband are nice. Our little boy loved it too.! We thinking of coming back.

Loved our stay here while we visited Alton Towers. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and hosts were very friendly!

Beautiful Place to stop at if you are gonna go to Alton Towers for the Weekend, only 5 min drive round the Corner, The Cottage is in a small Village near Pubs Restaurants, the Cottage itself has 2 nice Rooms for the Family. you get a breakfast in the morning and the Pieces are right for stopping as well. I have been here 3 times now and I would recommend this to friends and family
